Crazy Pug!
Since I was sick all weekend and stuck in my house I decided to finally
break out the paints I bought.
I dropped my hobby a couple of years ago
and decided it was time to pick it back up.
My first project is a ballerina for Madison's room.
However, apparently Mia thinks she
should be able to paint also!
As Promised!
Casey, Ruben Studdard and myself!
I think we were the only adults who had our picture taken, but you know us.
Seriously though, this picture was taken at a Magic Moments event. It is just like "Make a Wish" but it is done in Alabama only. It is very big in Birmingham right now and this event was to get awareness in other areas of Alabama.
As most of you know, I use to volunteer with "Rainbows" in Atlanta and loved it. Rainbows is an organization that helps kids going through grief. We didn't counsel them because we weren't licensed but we had a program we followed, we did a lot of listening and just let them know they weren't alone. They could have been going through the lose of a parent in war, to even their parents divorcing. I have not been able to find Rainbows in Montgomery and I am currently thinking of starting a chapter here. However, I am very excited about Magic Moments also and can't wait to get started. I will keep you posted! Please let me know if you want to volunteer or donate!
Oh yeah, Casey and I were styling and profiling!

And the Winner Is........
I'm honestly not sure!
There was a bet....
About how long until I killed some poor animal.
We all knew it wouldn't be long until I went hunting
after moving back to Alabama.
My first pheasant on a Summit hunt yesterday.
And there were some great quotes I got back after sending out the picture.
Leave it to Body to put a spin on a old classic
" You can take the girl out of the city and the city out of the girl!"
And Katherine
" Sarah that is gross! Have fun, we will turn you back into a girl tomorrow!"
And that she will- I will be meeting her in New York tonight!
Here is the picture. Enjoy!

Happy New Year!
I had a great New Years!
I spent it at the beach with friends.
Katherine, Kathryn, and Mary Kathryn and Kathryn G. stopped by for dinner.
Party at WaterColor
I would post some videos for ya'll but I'm an idiot and took them sideways.
Kanga has a fake little pouch she sleeps in at night inside of a laundry basket. Even at this size in the wild she would be in her mother's pouch for about another 2 months. She still drinks out of a bottle mostly but is starting to eat a little food. Her mother died, so Stewart and Julie are raising her. She will go live on their farm in about 2 months.
